Product Manager - client records app (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Oak Care Services supports about 800 adults with disabilities across San Antonio. Our staff record daily notes and medication in an app that is slow and hard to use. We are hiring a full-time product manager to improve it. What you will do • Work with support staff, nurses and families to learn what they need from the app. • Prioritise improvements and manage our outside developer. • Ensure the app protects sensitive information and meets regulatory rules. What we are looking for • Three years in product or business analysis; healthcare or social care experience is ideal. • Patient, practical and a good listener. Full-time, on site in San Antonio.
