Product Manager - client document portal (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Fern Legal Group is a San Antonio law firm of about 40 people working mainly on employment and family law. We are looking for a full-time product manager to guide the client portal where clients upload documents and follow their case. What you will do • Speak with clients, paralegals and attorneys about what the portal should do better. • Prioritise improvements and work with our outside developers to build them. • Make sure the portal meets confidentiality and professional-conduct requirements. What we are looking for • Three years in product or project management, ideally with legal or professional services clients. • Great at listening and explaining. Full-time and remote-friendly.
