Product Manager - billing and payments (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Field Markets Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
