Product Manager - billing and payments (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Sparrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Virginia Beach serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
