Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Thistle Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
