Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Tulsa region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 995 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
