Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tulsa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
