Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
