Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Tulsa region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
