Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Nest Financial serves customers across Tulsa with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
