Product Manager - billing and payments (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
