Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
