Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tucson, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
