Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Willow Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
