Product Manager - billing and payments (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting.
