Product Manager - billing and payments (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Sable Financial Group is a financial-services company in Tampa, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
