Product Manager - billing and payments (Tampa, FL)

Summit Pine Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tampa, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
