Product Manager - billing and payments (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Field Markets is a Tampa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
