Product Manager - billing and payments (Tampa, FL)

Nova Amber Financial serves customers across Tampa with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 749 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
