Product Manager - billing and payments (Tampa, FL)

Nova Juniper Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
