Product Manager - billing and payments (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Bright Financial serves customers across St. Louis with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
