Product Manager - billing and payments (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
