Product Manager - billing and payments (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Union Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
