Product Manager - billing and payments (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Forge Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
