Product Manager - billing and payments (Spokane, WA)

Bright Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Spokane with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 883 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting.
