Product Manager - billing and payments (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Wilder Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 808 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
