Product Manager - billing and payments (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
