Product Manager - billing and payments (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
