Product Manager - billing and payments (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
