Product Manager - billing and payments (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Granite Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Seattle, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
