Product Manager - billing and payments (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight North Pharma Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
