Product Manager - billing and payments (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
