Product Manager - billing and payments (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Savannah. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
