Product Manager - billing and payments (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Wilder Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
