Product Manager - billing and payments (San Jose, CA)

Nova Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
