Product Manager - billing and payments (San Jose, CA)

Bright Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Jose, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
