Product Manager - billing and payments (San Diego, CA)

Summit Haven Financial serves customers across San Diego with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
