Product Manager - billing and payments (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Diego, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
