Product Manager - billing and payments (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Glen Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
