Product Manager - billing and payments (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Loom Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting.
