Product Manager - billing and payments (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Harbor Facilities looks after properties across the San Antonio region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
