Product Manager - billing and payments (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Salt Lake City, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
