Product Manager - billing and payments (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting.
