Product Manager - billing and payments (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Lakeside Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
