Product Manager - billing and payments (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Junction Financial Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
