Product Manager - billing and payments (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
