Product Manager - billing and payments (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Richmond, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
