Product Manager - billing and payments (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 638 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
