Product Manager - billing and payments (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Lantern Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
