Product Manager - billing and payments (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Sparrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Richmond, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
